Provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan. Assist in daily requirements including bathroom assistance, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and food intake. Document all activities of daily living and vital signs in the electronic health record. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in condition promptly. Routinely turn and position residents, ambulate them using appropriate assistive devices, and escort them to appointments. Answer call bells promptly and honor resident rights, including reporting refusals of care or evidence of abuse to the charge nurse. Maintain a safe, neat environment while communicating effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
