Job Summary
Provides supportive services to nurse and staff; assists residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans; assists with lifting, turning, moving, and transferring residents; coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake; delivers nutritional supplements and monitors intake; tracks weight and skin condition, reports changes to nurses; assists with toileting programs and completes flow sheets to document tasks; maintains communication with nurses/supervisors about factors affecting care; works in long-term care setting at StoneBridge Senior Living in Osage Beach, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the certification board or graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment
