Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant for Day Shift at StoneBridge Senior Living in Marble Hill, MO. Provides supportive services to nursing staff and assists residents with activities of daily living according to care plans, including lifting/moving them, coordinating dining services, delivering supplements, documenting intake, tracking weights and skin condition, and communicating changes to nurses and supervisors. Requires CN A certification and completion of state-approved training; CPR/BLS preferred; prior long-term care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or is a graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment
- High School Graduate/GED preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care preferred
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members
