Job Summary
Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients across short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing, hospice, and respite services. Support patient recovery, comfort, and independence while collaborating with highly skilled care teams to maximize quality of life. Work 12-hour shifts on a 3-day week, rotating between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
