Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and meal preparation. Conduct housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Provide patient-specific care including hospice supportive care, incontinence care, and assisting with exercises using lifting equipment. Maintain a CNA license, valid driver's license, and current CPR card while passing a Level 2 background screening. Join our team for flexible scheduling, paid training, and overtime pay.
Required Qualifications
- CNA license
- Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
- Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
- Auto Insurance
- CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
- TB or Chest X-ray
- Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
- Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
- 1 letter of recommendation
- Level 2 background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
