Job Summary
Conduct patient care activities in an all-rehab skilled nursing facility, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring patient status. Provide support across day and night shifts, with options for 6AM-6PM, 6PM-6AM, holiday, and rotating weekend schedules. Current C.N.A. certification in good standing with the Colorado nursing board is required, while previous experience is preferred.
