Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care and support activities in a long-term care environment while maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, and communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization. Maintain a valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation, utilizing Windows and Microsoft Office for daily operations. This role requires at least two years of experience in long-term care and unencumbered CNA certification.
