Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant will perform direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, and ambulation. Responsibilities include following care plans, completing documentation of care given, and reporting any abnormal findings or unsafe conditions. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be either a State Tested Nurse Aide or willing to complete the necessary training within four months of hire. The role requires individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and service-minded.
