Job Summary
Per diem Certified Nursing Assistant at Unity Living Center in Rochester, NY. Provides high quality patient care in collaboration with the nursing team; assists with activities per individualized care planning, transports to activities, provides leisure activities, performs evaluation and reporting, supports resident and family emotionally, and maintains a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include safety, communication, and documentation; shift options include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a with every other weekend. Requires completion of a NYS-approved CNA program and NYS CNA license; minimum age 18; English literacy; associates degree preferred. Pay range $19.50-$22.00/hour; pay is communicated as base pay and may vary by experience, location, and contracts. Rochester Regional Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of NYS approved certified nursing assistant program
- Minimum age 18
- Registered Certified Nurse Aide in New York State
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
