Job Summary
As a Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant at Trustwell Living, you will support residents with daily living activities in a home-like environment, provide bathing, toileting, transfer, mobility assistance, and follow resident service plans while promoting independence and dignity. You will receive and relay shift information, maintain resident records, adhere to infection control procedures, and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The role requires completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license, CPR/First Aid certification (preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; high school diploma or GED is required, and 1+ year of related experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license
- 18–24 months experience in a similar position (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
