Job Summary
Assist residents with personal, nutritional, and restorative care under a licensed nurse's supervision. Consistently honor resident freedom of choice, knock before entering rooms, and explain all care procedures while respecting privacy for both residents and visitors. Report concerns and complaints to proper authorities, maintain confidentiality, and track personal property inventory. Assist families through dying and death experiences with dignity. Fully vaccinated status is highly recommended. The Village Health Care Center is an active 60+ Life Plan Retirement Community in Hemet, California, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing services.
Required Qualifications
- California Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Knowledge and experience in bedside nursing
- Ability to communicate effectively on verbal and written levels
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for NOC shifts 10:30 PM-7:30 AM
- Must be able to work 5 day work week
- Must be able to work AM, PM and NOC shifts
- Must be able to work 3rd shift
- Must be able to work NOC shifts
- Must be able to work shifts based on business needs
