Job Summary
Deliver meals, assist residents with personal hygiene, and transport individuals within the facility while maintaining clean living areas. Observe residents for health issues, report findings to supervising nurses, and document food and fluid intake. Assist with feeding, serving nutritional supplements, turning, and ambulating residents throughout the scheduled shift. Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and all federal, state, and local requirements. Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data. Requires current and valid CNA certification, excellent interpersonal skills, and physical strength.
