Job Summary
Provide direct resident care per CNA scope, assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), record vital signs and observations, report changes to nursing staff, support mobility and safety, document care accurately, follow infection control and safety guidelines, collaborate with team to deliver resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
