Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant provides nursing care on 2 West Med Surg at SSM Health St. Clare Baraboo, assisting the RN with patient assignments, monitoring and documenting condition, performing baths, ambulation, feeding, hygiene, dressings, catheter care, and other delegated tasks. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, relaying information to licensed nurses, documenting data for assessments, supporting patient education needs, preparing patients for discharge, and maintaining supplies. Requires active CNA licensure (Wisconsin) and BLS HCP certification; shift options include day or night PRN coverage. State certifications for IL, MO, OK, and WI listed as part of work location requirements. Works in a constant state of alertness and safety.
