Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care, medications, and mobility while maintaining a resident-centered approach that treats every individual with unwavering dignity. Provide daily support to help seniors in the community live their best life, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance for personal well-being and comfort. This role offers several schedule options including AM, PM, overnight, and weekend shifts with competitive pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour. Full-time staff receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA Certification required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
- Applicants may be subject to a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred
