Job Summary
Support resident care in a long-term care environment by performing specific tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds state, federal, and facility expectations. Maintain good physical and mental health with consistent attendance, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and remain flexible with work assignments. Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate, and possess a Certified Nursing Assistant license along with Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Complete mandatory background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
