Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges, and check each patient routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes and care plan. Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made. Maintain a current CNA license, CPR clearance, and fingerprint clearance card, with a preference for six months of CNA experience and recent Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility background.
