Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant at Sherburne Adult Day Care. Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), monitor and document health status, support participation in recreational and social activities, maintain a safe environment, follow health protocols, and collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered plans. Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS CNA license
- CPR certification preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree or completion of a two-year technical program preferred
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean record required
- Experience with Dementia and/or Intellectual Disabilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
