Job Summary
Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant role in a 54-bed Life Plan Community in Woodbridge/Lake Ridge, VA. Shifts are 3pm-11pm with every other weekend, plus additional days; two positions available. Provides general medical and restorative care to residents, assists with daily living needs, monitors vital signs, provides transportation, motivates residents to meet goals, and documents all cares provided. Includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO accrual, training opportunities, and resident-recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years of clinical nursing experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
- Knowledgeable in restorative and medical nursing principles and practices
