Job Summary
Provide quality patient care to assigned residents in a 44-bed psych/behavioral facility, including assisting with daily routines like personal hygiene, vitals, meals, and bed changes. Follow safety procedures and ensure resident safety while lifting or transporting residents between beds, wheelchairs, showers, and chairs. Report and update records on resident conditions and follow instructions from the Charge Nurse or Supervisor. This 4-2 shift rotation supports the mission of caring for the elderly with kindness, competence, and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Current/VALID CA Licensed Certified Nursing assistant
- Prior experience as a CNA in a psych or behavioral facility
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service
- Desire to be part of a dynamic team
- Successful completion of a background check
- Pre-employment physical
- Drug screening
