Job Summary
Conduct basic nursing care functions and personal care duties for residents under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Perform limited nursing techniques, observe and report resident conditions, and ensure services align with the Resident Bill of Rights. Maintain Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification and current BLS certification upon hire, while completing a criminal background check. Required Qualifications
- Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire

- One (1) year experience in a health care setting
