Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or LPN supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, hygiene, elimination, toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning. Anticipate family needs proactively, individualize care based on patient requirements, and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance service delivery. Conduct regular patient rounds to support safety and satisfaction while communicating effectively with all team members. Perform duties on a PRN night shift within Bishop Spencer Place, a life plan community integrated into Saint Luke's Health System offering comprehensive on-site health care and independent living services.
Required Qualifications
- Missouri CNA license
- Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Cert
