Certified Nursing Assistant

Collaborate on patient care by engaging in nursing reports, establishing assignments, and preparing new residents. Deliver personal care including bathing, grooming, and shaving while supporting mobility, ambulation, and transfers. Conduct skin care routines, monitor temperatures, collect specimens, weigh residents, and facilitate range of motion exercises. Respond to calls promptly, assist with meals, escort residents to appointments, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Document all care accurately and report grievances to nursing staff. Participate in required training sessions and adhere strictly to facility policies.
