Certified Nursing Assistant - PM Shift

Provide direct resident care in a 24/7 skilled nursing facility, including assistance with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion under therapists; perform selected procedures such as taking vital signs and assisting with discharge/admission procedures; preserve resident autonomy and dignity, respond to call lights, and maintain timely rounds. Full-time PM shift is 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm with a 4 days on/2 days off schedule; casual/on-call requires availability for 5 shifts monthly including weekends. Starting pay is $24.00/hr with a pay scale to $27.00/hr for 10+ years experience; RNAs add $0.75/hr. Must complete employment application through Paycom.
