Job Summary
Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, vital signs collection, and skin integrity observations. Turn and reposition patients, transfer them to beds or wheelchairs, and maintain cleanliness by changing sheets and restocking supplies. Answer patient calls, collect information from caregivers and providers, and coordinate special tasks under Registered Nurse supervision. Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver care aligned with the medical plan of care. This per diem role requires California CNA certification and CPR certification. Per Diem, Non-benefited, Variable Shifts.
