Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs) and follow individualized care plans for each resident. Monitor and report changes in resident health, maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space, and create a warm, home-like environment. Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team while maintaining documentation and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability required. Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR certification and 1-3 years of experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- CPR Certification
- Weekend & holiday availability required
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
