Certified Nursing Assistant (Part Time, 24 hrs per week)

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living including feeding, dressing, mobilizing, and personal hygiene needs. Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and document findings accurately while notifying the RN of abnormalities. Reposition patients for comfort, maintain tidy rooms, and ensure all safety interventions like call lights and alarms are functional. Support the team by answering call lights, rounding on patients, assisting with admissions and discharges, and keeping hallways free of clutter. Provide customer service to visitors and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with SVH policy.
