Job Summary
Pathfinders CNA training program leads to CNA certification within 90 days; trainees perform basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, ambulating, comfort measures) under supervision; assists with admissions/discharges; collaborates with RN and care team; may take medications from delivery system to RN; opportunity to advance to PCT or Home Care Aide; in-person at St. Marys Regional Hospital, Grand Junction, CO; 40 hours/week; $17.60/hour; weekends/holidays/nights possible; must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, BLS certification; paid training with CNA certification pathway.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Life Support certification (healthcare providers) required and will be obtained as part of the program
