Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to delivering routine daily nursing care per resident care plans. Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, documenting accurately, reporting changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, maintaining confidentiality, supporting safe patient handling, preparing rooms, assisting with meals and daily activities, monitoring residents’ condition, and ensuring a warm, calm environment. Requires a licensed CNA and the ability to follow established policies, procedures, and care routines; CPR is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork with nursing staff and inter-departmental coordination within a long-term care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
