Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant position at HEALTH & REHAB CENTER in Oxford, NC. Responsibilities include providing individualized resident care per plan of care, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), mealtime assistance and feeding, assisting with mobility and safe transfers/positions, monitoring residents’ health status and vital signs, engaging residents in social and recreational activities, maintaining a safe, clean living environment, and performing duties to deliver exceptional care. Requires active CNA certification in the state, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Required Qualifications
