Job Summary
Providing companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes, including assisting with daily living activities, personal care tasks, medication reminders, light housekeeping and meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. The role includes helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and ensuring safe, comfortable in-home care. Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions available; compensation includes hourly pay and live-in per-day rates, with weekly wages. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.; reliable transportation and a Florida background screening are required. Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18+ years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required; a valid driver's license is preferred
- Alzheimer's/Dementia experience a plus
- Florida AHCA/FLClearinghouse Background Screening requirement: Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law
