Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential personal care and support to residents at the Anna John Resident Centered Care Community. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, the CNA administers basic care, assists with daily living activities, and ensures hygiene and comfort for the residents.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification
- Must be included on the Wisconsin Nurses Registry
Additional Requirements
- Comply with Caregiver Law and Grant conditions criminal history checks as a condition of employment to include fingerprinting
- Must pass a background check to meet Employment Eligibility Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment
- Applicants age 50 and older are exempt from education requirement
