Job Summary
Provide general patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assist with personal hygiene and routine treatments, monitor intake/output and vital signs, perform tasks such as enemas, dressings, specimen collection, and heat/cold therapy, and support care for seriously ill patients. Maintain orderly medical records, ensure a safe and clean environment, and report changes to the RN/Team Leader. Requires vocational/technical training and more than six months of related experience, plus a Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license. Equal opportunity employer statements are included.
