Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment while making a difference in people's lives. Commit to working 16 weekend hours every month and 1 holiday per year as part of the NOC shift rotation, which includes a holiday rotation. Maintain current certification as a certified nursing assistant in the State of Wisconsin or complete the required 75-hour training program. Join a team supporting 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across Wisconsin, delivering inpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, and skilled nursing services to residents.
Required Qualifications
- current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
- successfully completed a 75-hour training program
