Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Autumn Lane Health & Rehab, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered daily living support to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitor changes in residents’ condition; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; and partner with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. A current CNA certification (Georgia) or eligibility is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a night-shift, full-time role with competitive benefits in a non-profit, mission-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- State of Georgia or eligible for Georgia CNA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
