Job Summary
Provides support to activity directors by planning, organizing, developing and implementing daily therapeutic activity programs to meet individual resident needs and interests in a long-term care/assisted living setting. Partners with other departments, coordinates volunteer activity assignments, conducts resident visits, assists with crafts/projects, and helps plan resident/family involvement. Performs administrative duties, assists with admissions/discharges, and drives the company vehicle for resident outings or appointments. Requires a valid driver’s license and at least 21 years old; vaccination requirements and E-Verify participation are noted. Willits, CA facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older: Required
