Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, provide direct care to residents in daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Maintain proper care records and report any changes in residents’ conditions. Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Required Qualifications
- Active State certified CNA in good standing
- 18 years of age or older
- Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations
- Experience working with the elderly
- Compassion for elderly care
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and public
- Honesty, fairness, dependability, confidentiality, and privacy
