Job Summary
Provide delegated activities of daily living, restorative care, skin care, mobility support, nutritional assistance, respiratory and bowel/bladder management, and vital signs monitoring under RN supervision. Reinforce patient teaching, manage CADD pump settings, report pain ratings, and document care in the Activities of Daily Living Plan. Maintain required competencies, order supplies, and immediately report condition or family changes to the interdisciplinary team. Cross-train into community settings during high census to support patient caseloads and facility care. Full-time, 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., every other weekends, and a 15–16 shift on-call rotation. Valid driver's license and Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry registration required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of certified nursing assistant program
- Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Access to a reliable vehicle
