Job Summary
Provide the highest quality care to residents in our Memory Care community by administering standard precautions and infection control standards. Answer call lights promptly and conduct regular rounds to verify resident needs are met. Assist residents with direct care, including ambulation, transfers, and other activities of daily living, while maintaining a friendly, safe home environment. Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. This role requires a current Certified Nursing Assistant registered with the state and prior experience in memory care. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, the team seeks a caring individual passionate about serving the geriatric population.
