Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions, performs delegated nursing skills, provides bodily support, and ensures proper documentation of care. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to confidentiality guidelines. Applicants should possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, current BLS certification, and preferably have one year of nursing assistant experience, especially in Med/Surg or Long-Term Care. Candidates must pass a background check, drug screening, and meet health requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions with a valid driver’s license)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
- Must complete employee health meeting
- Valid Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- Current BLS certification (or must be obtained within 90 days)
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year Nursing Assistant experience
- Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience
