Certified Nursing Assistant, Med Surg Tele Stroke, Full Time Nights

Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under RN supervision in a Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley unit, assisting with admission preparation, hourly rounding, vitals collection, patient transfers, and activities of daily living. Performs routine nursing tasks, supports meal service, infection-control practices, and accurate documentation; assists with positioning, ambulation, transfers, and post-mortem care as directed. Requires CNA training and HS diploma/GED, with BLS for Healthcare Providers. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a healthcare team in an acute care setting.
