Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care

Provides nursing care services in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse. Receives assignments from the RN, performs delegated nursing activities for appropriate patient age groups, collects data for assessments, documents patient responses, communicates changes to the RN/LPN, assists with activities of daily living (baths, ambulation, feeding, hygiene), performs dressing changes, ostomy/catheter care, helps with discharge, stocks supplies, and supports clerical tasks. Requires completion of an approved CNA training program and passing exam; no experience required. Works with safety-conscious and quality-focused care and uses appropriate equipment (lift devices, scales) as part of routine duties.
