Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant needed in Logan, UT to provide high-level care to residents in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, mobility), responding to call lights, monitoring dietary restrictions and allergies, recording intake/output, and reporting changes to nursing staff. We offer tuition assistance/reimbursement for full-time employees after 6 months, night differential ($1/hr), weekend differential ($2/hr), and an incentive program. Training and orientation are provided; our CNA role supports compassionate care and a positive resident experience in a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Utah CNA certificate (or currently enrolled in certification program)

- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- No disciplinary action against certification
