Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Help residents with meals while monitoring intake, take and record vital signs, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Respond promptly to call bells, provide companionship and emotional support, and document care accurately. Work closely with nurses, therapists, and fellow CNAs while following all infection control and safety procedures. Requires active Pennsylvania CNA certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally, and mandatory flu vaccinations. Available shifts include 6:45am to 3:15pm with every-other-weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, supportive environment
- Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Mandatory Flu vaccinations (accommodations considered)
