Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary
Provide direct daily care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs, while supporting a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and promote the emotional, social, and physical well-being of residents. Requires active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania (or eligibility). Strong communication and teamwork skills, a compassionate and patient-centered approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment are essential; experience in skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
