Job Summary
Provide patient/resident care under direct supervision of the licensed nurse; complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, safe patient/resident care; perform initial and ongoing data collection on patients/residents; implement plan of care developed by RN/LPN based on physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs; document results of care; maintain nutritional care; communicate effectively with residents and families; flexible scheduling including days, PMs, NOCs, weekends; on-site CNA position at Ingleside Communities in Mount Horeb, WI with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, or Casual; benefits include health insurance options, dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, early wage access; requirements include state CNA registry in good standing and English literacy; preferred experience in hospital/long-term care and CPR certification.
