Job Summary
Assist seniors with medication self-administration, safe mobility throughout the community, mealtime tasks, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment. Foster positive relationships by communicating professionally with residents, families, and outside agencies while staying attentive to safety and responding promptly to emergencies. Work rotating 2 PM-10 PM shifts with a four-on, two-off schedule in an assisted living community. CNA III training is provided, and the role emphasizes compassionate care to help residents enjoy a dignified, secure life.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA license
- CNA III certification from the State of Arkansas
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
- Willingness to work harmoniously with others
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
