Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide direct care to residents by following their plan of care, assisting with meals and transportation, and performing nursing rehab techniques. Monitor vital signs, food and fluid consumption, and clothing needs while promptly responding to calls for assistance. Routinely round on the healthcare unit to identify needs, maintain infection control policies, and record accurate care information. Notify nursing supervisors of changes in abilities, condition, or symptoms. Float throughout the unit to meet resident needs and participate in lifestyle engagement programs. Maintain attendance and complete assigned education by stated deadlines.
