Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned patients in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives while coordinating care with licensed staff. Strictly follow all nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership to support patients on a one-on-one basis. Work independently with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Requires CNA certification and must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
