Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Collaborate with licensed staff to coordinate care types while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with strong support from a patient care team, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership. Drive with a valid license and auto insurance to facilitate access.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
